◈ PHYTOSTORY HEAD SPA TECHNIQUE

1. Preparatory Stage

1) Choose aroma oil fit for your scalp conditions. Pump it onto the palm once or twice and apply it into the hair throughout. It will relax your body and mind.  

2) Brush the entire hair in the opposite direction of the hair flow.

3) Stretch your neck left and right and make Sternocleidomastoid muscle relaxed.  

2. The step to stimulate each energy point on the scalp generally. 

4) Press a(Shinjong)-b(Tuyu)-c(Hyollo)-d(Kokpin) gently in turn along the hair line.

5) Press e(Paekoe) point, and then go back to a point. Press a-a'-a''-e in turns slowly and

    keep moving to d-d'-d''- d'''-e in turn.

4) Move to f(Amun) point and press genly f(Amun)~I(Wan-gol) in turns.

5) Press f~e, g(Cheonju)~e, h(Pungji)~e, I(Wan-gol)~e in turn to improve the blood

    circulation in the scalp.

6) Press the Amun point by the middle finger and go round the auricles and press the Yepung point like pulling and rub with the hands gently and finish on the Pungji point. 

7) Massage the entire scalp with the pivot section in the way of pinching. 

8) Massage the scalp in zigzag by the hands and gather the hands at the point of e

    (Paekoe).

9) Cover the scalp with the entire fingers and do rolling massage to relax the scalp stiffness.

3. The step to relax the stiffness of the neck, shoulder, and back. 

10) Divide the muscles of the neck centered into 3 sections, and press by the hands and do

      rolling massage and finish on the Taechuhyeol point.  .

11) Put the hands on the shoulders and perform the finger-pressure on from the trapezius to 

      the Kyeolyo point.  

12) Hold and lift the Trapezius and the shoulder muscles up and down by the hands to relax the tensed muscles.

13) Hold the Trapezius by the hands and massage twisting it back and forth.

14) Section the Kyeonjungsu into 3 parts along the spine, and press and release. 

15) Dig the scapula with the fingers of both the hands and then finish massage by pressing the Cheon Jong point

16) Divide forearms to elbows into 3 sections, and massage and sweep with the hands.

      Place a massager’s hands behind a customer and shake the hands.  

17) Let a customer take a breath and finish it.
